  If any bank is worst bad i saw is this bank staff is so bad tellers are so bad they want charge 2.5 % to just check in the account that check is cashable or not. Bank of America and wellsfargo I recommend more very bad experience 2st of new year

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience working with Daniela Morales at PNC Bank. She was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the best solutions for my banking needs. Daniela took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who combines great customer service with real expertise — highly recommend asking for her if you visit this branch!

  The bank itself I can’t say it was the best, but I also can’t say it was the worst but the bank teller David and the other person I worked Hanhan with was Jennifer. She works as an account manager. I believe she was A1 by far went out of her way above and beyond to help me, and even though it wasn’t the resolution that I was hoping for I’m overall satisfied with the result and experience with PNC Bank thank you Jennifer and David both

  Slowest bank EVER! Lobby closed due to pandemic so can only use drive through. And drive through is horribly Slow.
