- TMTyree MontgomerySep 8, 20251.0Just called the branch to inquire about a transaction and "MICHAEL" at the branch would not take the time to access my account to help me understand if I was charged. The only thing he said was if it was not your purchase we will return your money. Michael never took the time to hear that my debit card was locked until I could get clarity. As it relates to customers being secure in the institute holding its money you have failed at it this morning.

My recommendation she should be made a district manager not just a branch manager excellent at her job her staff was very cordial very helpful atmosphere was outstanding service was outstanding kudos to them

I wasn’t in a rush and provided him with all the necessary business information. He assured me the account would be opened that same day and that I’d receive a confirmation email by end of day. I never received that email, and there was no response to my follow-up. I went in the next morning to deposit funds into what I thought was my newly opened account. When I walked in, he acknowledged my email—but then said he didn’t have my paperwork, even though I had already sent it to him via email the day before. This was frustrating and unprofessional, especially when I had done everything on my part. No wonder this branch has a 2.6 rating. Communication and accountability matter—especially when dealing with financial services.
