  Mobile sucks. No longer open on weekends. Bring back BBVA. Don't bother calling, you'll be placed on hold forever with no answer, then you'll get hung up on.

  This is change from BBVA to PNC has been horrible! I can’t access my online banking and there is no one that can ever help me! I have been trying to access my accounts since Monday! I will definitely be closing this account and taking my business elsewhere! I hate this bank!

  Taylor Perry is a terrible manager and full of misinformation. My account went overdrawn $21,000 because of a mistake Taylor and BBVA made and now I am left to suffer until I get a “mystery” check in the mail. Do not bank here and if you do and run into Taylor Perry I would not trust her with your account. Terrible bank and even worse branch. I only put a star cause I had to.

  Non-stop contradicting information from the bank/support number. So, you waste hours trying to figure out what you are eligible for. Estimation processing/delivery time also differs. If that wasn't bad enough, their anti-fraud system is a joke. If your card gets compromised, just switch bank (or better yet, avoid BBVA). I waited 2+ hours to talk to the fraud department; the new bank card takes more than 7 business days to arrive; the bank card randomly gets blocked for making purchases in a large retailer (e.g. adidas), causing you to waste 20-40 minutes resolving this.
