Even if your case is exonerated you still lose your bond money? That is a scam because clearly the arrest was unlawful. Bail bonds are a scam I suggest paying the county in case you are exonerated then you’ll receive a full refund.

Frequently Asked Questions About Rogers' Bail Bonds
What is bail?
Bail is a financial guarantee provided to the court to secure a defendant's release from jail until their hearing. By posting bail, the accused agrees to appear in court as required. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the bail amount and additional charges for not appearing, on top of the original alleged offense.
What is a bail bondsman?
A bail bondsman is a professional who posts bail on behalf of defendants when they can't afford the full amount set by the court. We charge a fee, which is a percentage of the total bail. Unlike financial institutions, bail bond agents specialize in helping those accused of crimes, often securing their release within hours.
What is collateral?
Collateral refers to assets that clients provide to the bail bond company as security for the bail we post. We hold these assets until the bail bond process is complete and our fee is fully paid. Acceptable forms of collateral may include real estate, vehicles, credit cards, stocks, bonds, jewelry, personal credit, and bank accounts.
How long does it take to get out of jail?
The paperwork for a bail bond typically takes about 10-15 minutes to complete. Once we submit the bond to the jail, the release process usually takes between 2 to 4 hours.
How do I get a warrant for my arrest lifted?
If you believe there's a warrant for your arrest, it's best to consult with an attorney. Your lawyer can check warrant records, determine which court issued the warrant, and potentially negotiate with the prosecutor to have the warrant canceled.
