  The people are not the same team as the past!!! The Mobile app is not to be compared to BBVA. It really is poor ! If you have to use the drive-thru, make sure you have plenty of time ! I should not be charged for extras if I have to wait longer than a fast food place. By the way, where is the bank manager , customer service, or employee team work? Not there anymore :(
