- CSCarlos SDec 9, 20251.0The location and people at this institution aren’t the problem- This bank literally is crap! Beware as this bank does not have your best interest at heart and will not protect you hard earned money! If your bank card is charged due to scam or credit card fraud, this bank will not rush to handle the issue nor will they offer you to credit your account temporarily till investigated 90 days. Through out their process they do not engage with their customer but favor vendors and will decline your input to favor their vendor and you are out the money you thought this bank was protecting- On another note, those leads where they say to come over to their bank and they will give you $400-$800 for following their guidelines and making deposits of $5000 in 90 days is false and they fight you tooth and nail to get out it or they just don’t follow through once you have completed all their guidelines. Do yourself a favor and find a much better institution to take care of your money because PNC is a joke and full of crap when it comes to following through and making their customer a priority- I’ve never had to fight a bank this much in my life and I will no longer allow them to control my money! PNC SUCKS in every way and that’s being kind!

Get told we have to wait for a banker for an unknown amount of time to report fraud that honestly the bank should have caught. Banker gets there and then told you have to wait longer because you don't have an appointment. Banker was not dealing with anyone else, but went to talk to another "banker" for 15 min. Then gave permission to come to her desk. They really don't care for their customers.
