Sometimes you will go there during business hours and they have the door locked. Today I came to pick up my title after paying off my loan, it was about 5 min until they closed. Thought it would be simple since I paid the loan off Tuesday and had to wait 3 days. She was so rude telling me I’d have to wait 30-45 min or come back Monday and I told her I wanted my title that I paid for. She started yelling at me. Threatened to call the cops. I said go ahead because we had a legal binding document that I get my title back. I said you’re going to call the cops for my title that I paid for. I told her she was rude and unprofessional. She snatched my license out of my hand and basically threw that and my title back at me.
