- MOMatthew OkerekeAug 23, 20231.0First I’ve to say I’ve had a wonderful experience at this branch until I met one Mr Robert Nam today. He’s racist to the core. Once he pulled up my account information he started to ask for proof of my immigration status to do a simple service that other banks needed only my Drivers License and SSN to do. I had my valid Id card yet this man refused. I rushed back home came back with all the immigration documents and he didn’t have the face to look at me. People like Robert Nam shouldn’t be doing any type of customer service job.
