No one can help anyone that has been with a bank since the 80's. Iris is no help, she laughs and talked to other teller about me coming in, and her inability to be courteous and helpful. Choose another bank or a different branch.

My User/Password was recognized, but still wanted verification code. Was not receiving the code?! Very frustrating! It was then on 7/31/2025 at 3:24p I called my branch located at 3640 N Josey. My call answered by a kind, knowledgeable young lady, Lucy. She was kind, patient and understanding as I explained my irritating dilemma. Lucy, as I found to be, was the only Teller on the floor at that time. She verified I was me with surety, thru several questions only known to me. All the while she was investigating the error I was experiencing, she performed her Teller position with the same level of kindness and patience. Lucy worked with me for 30 minutes, while assisting her clientele. And Yeehaw! Lucy wonderfully resolved my problem! Many a thank- you/Kudos for Lucy!!! Also, when I contacted Rich, her Bank Manager to sing her praises, he too had ONLY similar praise. ----------------------- Angela Parr
