  Everyone was very kind inside, but don’t bother trying their drive thru services. No one has answered the past two days that I’ve tried.

  For more than a week I continually had difficulty using my husband's PC to get to my online banking account. My User/Password was recognized, but still wanted verification code. Was not receiving the code?! Very frustrating! It was then on 7/31/2025 at 3:24p I called my branch located at 3640 N Josey. My call answered by a kind, knowledgeable young lady, Lucy. She was kind, patient and understanding as I explained my irritating dilemma. Lucy, as I found to be, was the only Teller on the floor at that time. She verified I was me with surety, thru several questions only known to me. All the while she was investigating the error I was experiencing, she performed her Teller position with the same level of kindness and patience. Lucy worked with me for 30 minutes, while assisting her clientele. And Yeehaw! Lucy wonderfully resolved my problem! Many a thank- you/Kudos for Lucy!!! Also, when I contacted Rich, her Bank Manager to sing her praises, he too had ONLY similar praise. ----------------------- Angela Parr

  My daughter recently had her purse stolen and let's just say our experience here was terrible. BBVA closed her old account and reopened a new account using her paper driver's license along with her expired license to identify her. 3 days prior to visiting this location she was able to make a withdrawal at another bank using those same documents. To our surprise this was not the case at this branch. The "manager" as she repeatedly referred to herself had the worst attitude ever from the minute my daughter approached the counter which promoted my daughter to have the same nasty attitude back with her. The "manager" threatened us with calling the police simply because she was making up her own rules and did not service us as she should have. I had all my documents and didn't get to make my deposit because all she wanted to do was be in charge and of course call the police. I basically dragged my daughter out of the bank to avoid further action/confrontation and we drove 3 minutes away to another branch who accepted her paper license with her expired license and verified her signature on file. Imagine that? They didn't even understand why this hadn't happen at the other branch. Long story short most times when you put an African American in a position it goes to their head and this was definitely the case. It's not against the lawvto dispute something or make your demands when doing business. Also if you're going to boast about being the "manager" dress the part...iron your clothes, get your dreads professionally groomed and learn to provide customer service to all not just the customers that you know by name.
