  I am trying to get help over the phone and no one is answering the phone. This happens with 800 numbers as well as our local branch. I haven't been happy with them for as long as I can remember, so I am going to have to change banks. NO real customer service.

  Not a customer but I came in to cash a check and they charged me almost 90 dollars to cash a check issued from thier bank. Then they called my customer that wrote the check right in front of me to verify he wrote the check . Just another bank taking everything they can get

  They told you their credit card gets 4 points for every dollar you spend, but they won't tell you every point worth 0.2 cent only. The point is: the way they do business is kind of creepy. A good bank should be an entity that you can trust, it may have some advantage, some disadvantage, but you can trust it.

  Tellers and customer service officers are knowledgeable and have treated me with respect. In response to a non-routine issue, bank employees went the extra mile to help and were quite accommodating. Although lately I very rarely use teller services, each time the wait was nil or minimal. The widely dispersed network of BBVA Compass is a great convenience when traveling.

  They are closed when I went there at 2pm and they "supposedly" close at 5pm. No signs in the door why they are closed! Just nobody is there
