Now I think this account is locked but a transaction somehow goes through then they overdraft me and once again I’m told to call one again I’m told I have to visit a branch I’m so exhausted and confused by the terrible customer service over the phone, update: I came in to a appointment with Cynthia at the 802 location she was a angel sent from heaven she solved my issues quickly and was so kind. I really appreciate her and this branch it’s the best one in Brownsville.
