    Fix your ATM issues. It's always either out of service or never has cash to withdraw. The only branch with this issue. I'm just going to stop coming to this branch.

    Hi everyone! I’m getting adjusted and used to short handed tellers. First of all, it’s Not the tellers fault. They don’t make that decision. The decision and challenge it’s from upper management. They need to know high and low peaks of customers depositing or withdrawals. That’s what I see long lines because there’s only one teller or two most of the time. George M Garcia

    Pésimo servicio desde que cambio a PNC bank Tardan más de 20 min en contestarte en customer service y En la sucursal del banco no te pueden activar una tarjeta ni cambiar de PIN CODE definitivamente me cambiare de banco 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

    If a bank is serious about its clients, it should be serious about its customer services. What kind of customer services would you get from this bank? If your issues are either "too difficult" or "not important", you will get a cold shoulder if not insults in your face. As for this bank, convenience to a service representative is more important than satisfaction to a customer. If you'd plan on opening accounts here, expect to wait on line in a phone call to customer reps only to get hung up in the middle of a conversation. Your calls will be cut off in a bad surprise if your issues are considered to be too difficult by a service agent: she will ask if you can be put on hold and then will cut the call afterward. If you try to get help from a service rep in the bank and your issues are "too difficult", you will literally be shown the exit. Be prepared to get challenged by your rising blood pressure. This bank has by far the worst customer services if they can be called services: this is an insult to the nation.
