- SSSam SmithJul 18, 20221.0Used to enjoy banking here when it was BBVA, absolutely a trash bank now. Lu or Lou however you spell it is the rudest “manager” I have ever met. Super unprofessional, when I go through the drive through I don’t want to be sold on a credit card, I mean cmon! I just want my deposit done quickly and efficiently. The young man at the teller window was very nice. I will be moving my funds thanks to this piece of trash manager. Frost here I come!
