Oh Max….this is why people are going to banking services like Chime.. it’s funny Max, Mr 5 years.. lol… when you said you, “had no idea why [I] needed to be In the branch..” was that because of your vast knowledge of the internal processes at PNC…. Service is dead in Banking.. at this point, pretty much an oxymoron… or in this branches case, an oxyMax

- QVQueen VAug 24, 20221.0The teller Anne is very rude it appears that she doesn’t like customers people or her job she always has a very nasty attitude and every time we try to go and cash our checks she tells us no they don’t have money like what bank doesn’t have money make it make sense this is the second PNC I’ve went to today that has told me they do not have money Guess I’ll just have to go with another bank today ridiculousness
