Oh Max….this is why people are going to banking services like Chime.. it’s funny Max, Mr 5 years.. lol… when you said you, “had no idea why [I] needed to be In the branch..” was that because of your vast knowledge of the internal processes at PNC…. Service is dead in Banking.. at this point, pretty much an oxymoron… or in this branches case, an oxyMax

During the process, we had a brief and pleasant conversation, and he also took the opportunity to share some of the services PNC offers that could benefit both myself and the employees at my company. Mr. Herman was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire interaction. I truly appreciate his support and excellent customer service.

There’s a reason this place is empty and is 1 stars across the board. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this dump.

I felt as if they were profiling because he asked me how I knew the person who zelled me . Then said ok I guess it’s fine . I was so confused by his response that I decided I’d write a review .
