  So let me just take a moment to appreciate Tiffane and Tara, and their immaculate warm customer service! I became a member about a month ago, and at first I was very hesitant, I’ve always banked with credit unions, and believe in the model that they use for their members! As with any decision financially, I was very leery and hesitant at first. However I could not have been more mistaken in my fears and apprehension! The very first time that I walked into this branch, Priscilla behind the front desk was such a joy;She did more than just greet me and process a transaction, she was a swift breath of happiness and comfort that I needed for my stressful day!I met The branch manager Tiffane, and could not have been from that point more happy and joyed to do business with these wonderful ladies in downtown! It is the only branch that I go to! These ladies have my business locked down!💖💖💖💖💖💖

  Do not invest with Amanda Hale. She is easy to contact during the initial investment process but once you've invested, she (and her "assistant") are impossible to reach. I've had two investment accounts with her for six years and she has never returned my calls. I always end up having to call the investment office in Alabama. Take my advice- go to someone who values you; not just you're money.
