The Branch Banker, Shan Mollette, assisted me with obtaining a release of lien for a vehicle that was paid off in 2014. She put in the request to find the records and send me the required release letter. It took the 2 weeks to received the letter as she informed me. She called and followed up with me to ensure that I received the letter after it was mailed. I appreciate the extra efforts Shan went through, to ensure that the records were located, letter mailed & checked that I received it. Also, of note, I do not currently have a PNC Bank account.

Bad customer service all around.
So sitting here waiting to open another account because Mitchell told me I had to. Waiting for a good 10 minutes with two screaming kids. Shan came up and told me I had to make an appointment. She heard the whole situation and decided to keep talking to her current client about nails and cell phone cases... Ebony the branch manager, wasn't doing anything in her office but on her cell phone until a couple walked in, and she helped them immediately.

Rude and unwilling to cash a check written on their own bank. Extremely unprofessional. Matters like this are the reason I left bbva 10 years ago. Plus they charge $10 to cash their own check. Community bank is much better. I’ve had an account with them for over 10 years. They are a real stand up bank. BBVA is a dumpster fire.
