His level of care, attentiveness, and professionalism sets a high bar. He goes above and beyond to make sure every question is answered and every concern is addressed with patience and clarity. You can tell he takes real pride in what he does, and it shows in the way he treats every customer with respect and genuine courtesy. It’s rare to come across someone who makes banking feel personal, easy, and even enjoyable—but Omar manages to do just that. Highly recommend this location—and if you get the chance to work with Omar, consider yourself lucky.

She explained that there would be a short wait(and it was literally a minute or 2) and the branch manager came out and greeted me and explained that someone would be with me shortly. Omar came in and called me into his office and explained the process and opened my account he was very knowledgeable on the products and opened my accounts, after that he showed me ways to improve my credit, save money. I really appreciate the customer service this branch provides. I would recommend this branch to anyone! Thanks, Lashanda Harris
