- TATammy Adams2 days ago1.0I was thinking of opening several accounts with PNC, but after reading the reviews I think I'm going else where. I have a good sums to move and do not need the headaches of what I'm reading. What has happened to banking systems these days :-(
- CECharmin ElliottMar 20, 20261.0I have an issue where fraudulent charges were done on my account by Hulu and both companies have failed me miserably. This is one of several charges and for unknown reasons they have not provided a credit for this one charge. I have been told it can take up to 90 days for the dispute to be resolved. This is unacceptable I am now without my daily medication and groceries. I was told that I was sent to a supervisor and I then asked for a manager and was told I could not be transferred and someone would call me back. And guess what no call back after waiting all day. When I called back the next day there was not even a request for the call back. The supervisor that I spoke with then said she would try and resolve the issue. I called back later that day and was told I could not be transferred to her. I then was placed on hold to speak with another supervisor for over 30 minutes and still received no help. I recommend that you run from PNC as quickly as possible.
