Unfortunately my memory is not the greatest. BUT I’ve had an on going issue with PNC since 2021. Had not been resolved. Today I decided to try it in person vs phone call. The branch manager at this location has already helped find a solution for my problem. 4 years and no other location near me could. I live an hour and a half from here. And she helped me solve the issue in less than 1 hour. She’s amazing. Above and beyond. Love it!

I needed a domestic wire and went into the branch for assistance. This was time sensitive and I let the customer associate know that, but the bank teller answered at least two phone calls while I waited in person at the branch. Once I was able to meet with the bank manager (Lindsey), I do think she was trying her best to help me but they had some issue with their wire system. She also told me it could take up to five days for the wire to go through, but I've honestly never heard of that. All banks have a cut off time where the funds would go through same day. I called my other bank and they were able to help with this no problem. I'm strongly considering closing my account, as I never really went into the branch before this and the one time I needed help they weren't able to assist me.

We're better off with credit unions and crypto. The banking fees and rates are ridiculous.

Terrible. They have lied to me for the last two weeks saying they are processing my request. I've spent hours on the phone, they are holding up my business by failing to close an account that has never been used. Should be ashamed.
