  I’m so done with PNC. It seems like every time I go to use my banking service, there is some issue. The atms (at the actual branch location) rarely accept cash and overall malfunction often at most location I’ve been to. They will reverse VERY important payments days later due to “security” but have no system in place to contact their customer in this case which has previously resulted in a massive headache for me when I had to make timely payments. There was “nothing” they could do to push those payments through or pre-authorize them. Also, when I had contacted customer service they made me promises of solutions, said they wrote it in my “notes” and sent me to this branch. There at the branch they said there is no such thing as customer notes and they were unable to provide the solution that was promised to me on the phone. Also, while I was being helped at the desk of the younger gentleman, at one point he got up from his desk and came and sat next to me and started asking me about my personal life. It made me feel pretty uncomfortable. The ladies I’ve interacted with here have been really nice and helpful, especially Debbie M. She and the other lady are the only reason I’m giving two stars, but overall banking with PNC is a huge hassle. Currently looking for a new bank.

  I have had nothing but a horrible experience with this Bank the 1-800 people are rude it sounds like I believe they're about everybody else all I can say is getting away from this bank was the best thing I ever did sorry to make a negative post like this but it's true I I will never make this mistake again.

  Opened a checking acct 9/25 and less than a month later I'm getting hit with fees, I was told if I put in 500 there would be no fees but they lied. Stole money out of my acct then when I trying to close the acct the manager says I need to make an appointment to close my acct. I said it was bullshit they open but won't close an acct. Then he threaten to call the police on me for saying it was bullshit. Finally closed my acct but lost 6.00 in fees after only 1 month

  Yall really need to go back to opening on Saturdays because some of us can't make it during the week.
