  I have had nothing but a horrible experience with this Bank the 1-800 people are rude it sounds like I believe they're about everybody else all I can say is getting away from this bank was the best thing I ever did sorry to make a negative post like this but it's true I I will never make this mistake again.

  Opened a checking acct 9/25 and less than a month later I'm getting hit with fees, I was told if I put in 500 there would be no fees but they lied. Stole money out of my acct then when I trying to close the acct the manager says I need to make an appointment to close my acct. I said it was bullshit they open but won't close an acct. Then he threaten to call the police on me for saying it was bullshit. Finally closed my acct but lost 6.00 in fees after only 1 month

  I went to cash a check from one of their clients, and this bank gave me a fake $100 bill. I discovered it was a fake bill when the bank teller of my bank told me it was fake. I returned to this BBVA bank and returned their fake $100 but they said they couldn't exchange the fake bill and I explained they could see the video camera above to show it was them since the teller slowly counted the bills, the fake one would have been seen. Either way they didn't wanted to change the bill nor see the video camera footage. So make sure they don't give you fake $100 bills.
