PNC Bank caused one of the most horrible experiences with a business, in my entire LIFE.
They closed my account, with no notice, in August. I found out when I ran out of gas at 5 am on the side of the freeway, 12.23.2021....
When I called and asked the bank why my ATM suddenly does not work? They said, "we closed this account in August. We will send you a check for your $80K" (No THANK YOU very much, i made them WIRE my funds to another account!!)...
The Customer Service is next to impossible to reach. At one time, I waited *I'm not making this up, I wanted to see how long it would continue* over EIGHT HOURS...I never did reach a customer service agent. I was afraid their bank was going out of business...And I am still pretty certain that is the case, since the issue was, I needed well over $10K and they simply did NOT want to release that amount of funds to me!!
The ONLY reason PNC ever entered my field of vision was my 27 year relationship with BBVA/Compass...A solid, dependable, and friendly bank, with exceptional Customer Service agents.
I have moved these accounts to A+ Federal Credit Union. Anyone will qualify, by donating $10 to Education. A brilliant service...The customer service people were so kind at A+ after the horrible abuse at PNC. I was 'ugly crying' at the abuse, and one of the sweetest young men/employees *ever* came around and hugged this little old lady, (I'm vaxxed ) ... and restored my faith in Humanity.
Thank you A+ Federal Credit Union.
PNC BANK YOU ARE AN UGLY HEARTED, NASTY INSTITUTION, WITH HORRIBLE MEAN EMPLOYEES WITH NO REGARD WHATEVER FOR CUSTOMER ISSUES, OR CONCERNS. WHEN THERE IS A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT FILED AGAINST YOU, I WILL BE THERE TO HELP MAKE SURE YOU NEVER HURT ANOTHER UNITED STATES CITIZEN WITH YOUR DAMAGING, DANGEROUS AND WHAT APPEAR TO BE ILLEGAL BUSINESS PRACTICES.

It has been the worst experience I ever encountered with a Bank. Complete incompetence and lack of service. One mistake after the other, impossible to do business with this bank even with the most patience client.
