I had to go in to do a transfer which I normally did on my phone. Finally have access after several in shop visits/phone calls. I plan on leaving soon. Unacceptable.

I opened an account with this bank i did not receive a temporary debit card they said i was gonna have it with in a week, its been a month and a half every time i call they say its on its way. So im guessing its walking its way to my house from china or something. AND Now they are charging me for and "overdraft" because i purchased i dont know what. I mean how can i even buy anything if i im not able to use my money with out a debit card. STUPID!!!! IBC BANK its way better they will give you your original debit card the same day you open your account

They took my check and ID and said I had to come inside to cash it. So I did. Upon entering they turned their backs on me and became catty little school girls with attitude making snarky remarks about paying an extra $7.00 or open an account with them. I left and used my own bank. Sad, my experience with them will result in others not using their bank in the future. Good luck with that.....
