  Just wanted to you know that employees Joy and Danielle are such too see when I come into bank. The both of them are knowledgeable and helpful they always call me by name when I enter the bank. They even ask about my family employees like Joy and Danielle are special people and complement to the branch on South Matlock.

  🔴WARNING🔴 LONG POST!!! First I would like to say that I NORMALLY go to the Highlander location, I always have! Today they were having issues and recommended the South Matlock location which is literally 5 mins away. As I walked in I noticed it was empty. All of the associates were in 1 office as if they were in a meeting (about 4 people at 3pm on a FRIDAY). A lady greeted me simply saying "Hello!" She didn't say I'll be with you in a minute or ANYTHING! JUST "HELLO!". I walked in and stood there in PLAIN sight for a few minutes. NOTHING! So I walked over AGAIN in PLAIN sight where they ALL could see me and took a seat. NO RESPONSE FROM NO ONE! They continued to have their little meeting not so much as a "Mam we'll be with you in a second! Give us a minute." NOTHING AT ALL!!!!!!!! They literally acted like I was invincible! I set there for about 5 to 7 minutes. After noticing that they were TOO BUSY to help me I got up and walked OUT! As I was walking out I hear the ladies voice saying something to me but since I was INTERRUPTING THEM and their little meeting at 3pm on a FRIDAY I just excused MYSELF! When I tell you I will NEVER go back to this location again.... I mean simply THAT! If this was the ONLY location left near me I would LITERAALY CHANGE BANKS BEFORE I GO BACK TO THEM! I am one that may only go to the bank once a YEAR...if THAT! So when I do go to the bank I need help that I cant get on the app and I want FACE TO FACE interaction not no over the phone foolishness with a million questions about my last transaction or my last deposit ETC. To feel like the ONE time that I do go in the bank that I am inconveniencing THEM is mind blowing to me! To the PNC Bank location on SOUTH MATLOCK on the I20 service road just in case you may have forgot.... IT IS YOUR JOB TO ASSIST CUSTOMERS!!!! IF YOU DONT LIKE IT.... QUIT!!!!
