I had my baby who is trached on a vent and was in his stroller. They looked at me and said sit down someone will be with you. The lady came from the back vivan D and proceeded to ask me questions in front of everyone while every one else who asked for help were sent in private areas. She had an attitude like I was bothering her and kept staring at my baby, and had all my papers laid out and asking my social and private information in front of everyone. I gave her all of the paper work from the social security office and she looked at me and said you will have to come back tomorrow after my legal team look over it. I knew that was a lie because before I got there I called the customer service line and they had already had me set up and just needed me to show my paper work in the branch to make copies. So I said it’s fine I will handle it myself. I went to another branch was helped didn’t have to wait and I was brought to a private room where I explained what was needed they read my paper work and helped me and was super nice to my son who is disabled and offered assistance with him and my daughter while we got my account set up. Worst experience at this branch I will never return.
