We had a slab leak and after reviewing several proposals from multiple plumbers, Plumbrite won the job because of their creative solution. When that solution didn’t work as expected, they solved with a plan B. And when an additional issue arose post-fix, they were quick to take ownership and correct it. Our plumber tech was Austin, and while he isn’t the owner he takes the responsibility of one. This is exactly what you want when dealing with a complicated issue in an old system like ours. Austin is professional, communicates well, and listens to your concerns. I’m thankful for Plumbrite, but mostly thankful for Austin getting the job done and taking ownership of his work. You can’t go wrong with Austin and Plumbrite.
