Plumbrite Services, with Austin as the lead plumber, took wonderful care of us. We requested that they scope/video our cast iron sewer pipes in our house, which was built in 1974. I knew firsthand this could be an issue because my mother had to have her house ripped up from the laundry room through the breakfast room, kitchen, den, and to the bathroom on the opposite side of her house, built in the late 60’s, due to her pipes completely rusting out and collapsing. After her experience cleaning concrete dust (it is amazing how it goes everywhere), eating out, replacing all the floor coverings, and spending well over $30,000, we chose an ounce of prevention. We are fortunate. I was shown that about 20 feet of our pipe was degraded but still repairable with descaling and epoxy lining.
We requested that be done, and I said, “While you’re here,” can we get a tankless gas hot water heater, an irrigation valve rebuild, replacement filters for the whole house and RO systems, and a couple of other convenience items? It is all done, and we are super pleased with the price and the quality of the work.
I love working with Plumbrite! Aaron and his team have great can -do attitudes, are punctual, efficient and I appreciate their expertise. Their automated system for appointment updates, estimates and invoices makes things super easy. I highly recommend them!

We have used Plumbrite several times and always had a great experience with Aaron, Samantha, and Tyler! We have completed sewer line projects, water main replacements, laundry drain line replacement, and basic repairs or replacements of faucets, shower fixtures, as well as toilets. They have done a great job and when I called them about a hose bin that was loose they came out on our schedule and replaced it for free since it was under their warranty. We recommend Plumbrite to friends, Family, and our clients!

Taylor was a very nice guy. He was on time, cordial and very helpful. He was easy to work with and talk to.
I am 82 years old and retired for over 20 years and I couldn't pay $2,200 for a faucet. I'm sure that they would have done an excellent joy however, the cost was beyond my budget. I wish Taylor and Pumbrite much success.
UPDATE: Since I can’t leave 2 reviews I had to edit this one to share our great experience on Plumbrite’s second visit:
Austin from Plumbrite Services was outstanding. He completed all of the repairs on time and handled everything with real care and attention to detail. It was clear he took pride in his work, and he made sure everything was done right—not rushed.
What really stood out was how thoughtful he was when wrapping up: he secured the house before leaving, which gave us great peace of mind. Professional, reliable, and respectful from start to finish.
Highly recommend Austin and PlumbRite Services—we’ll definitely be calling them again.

I can’t recommend Plumbrite Services LLC and Aaron, the owner, highly enough! Yesterday, they came out to my home and expertly repaired three shutoff valves, fully restoring my hot water. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional.
Aaron exemplifies honesty, integrity, and transparency—qualities that I deeply value. He explained the issue clearly, walked me through the options, and ensured I understood the work being done. There were no surprises, no hidden fees—just fair, upfront pricing and top-notch service.
Aaron was punctual, professional, and highly skilled. It’s clear that Plumbrite Services LLC prioritizes customer satisfaction above all else. If you want plumbing work done right the first time, with trust and transparency, Aaron and his team are the only choice.
I wish I could give them 10 stars—they truly deserve it!
