I decided to stop banking with them after so long and the reason is: it takes 4-5 days for the money to be processed out, I would wait until after my account was in the clear for me to spend more, after my account was clear to use after checking multiple times. I got a negative balance on my account stating that I owed a lot of money. What really makes me angry, I live paycheck to paycheck and the money that I supposedly owe to them. I have to pay them back and I feel that I shouldn’t have to pay them back anything because I did wait for my account to be cleared and then I get this negative funds In my account for no reason. I am very disappointed and angry at this bank for stealing my hard earned money that I use to pay bills and to pay my rent. Because of them I can’t pay my rent half the time because of the negative balance on my card that I supposedly owe them. If your gonna bank with this place, please be careful on spending money because it will take 4-5 days to processed out.
