- RRRehanNov 7, 20251.0Unresponsive and Unprofessional — Avoid if You're Serious About BUYING A HOME I applied for a $500K mortgage and spoke with two loan officers. Despite being well-qualified, I received no communication, no updates, and not even a preapproval letter. After wasting a month, I went with another lender who got me preapproved immediately. This delay could have cost me a home. If you're trying to buy, look elsewhere—this bank simply doesn't follow through.
