  🚨THE WORST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM IS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. LONG EXTENDED HOLD TIMES THEN YOU STILL DON'T GET TO SPEAK TO ANYONE. AI MESSES UP ALL THE TIME😡LETS GET BACK TO REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. IM DISCOURAGING ANYONE THAT ASKS ME ABOUT CUTX!

  I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with the CUTX Allen Branch while trying to handle a loan. From the very beginning, the process felt disorganized and, frankly, dishonest. I was given conflicting information multiple times, and it became clear that I was being misled about key details of the loan. What should have been a straightforward process turned into something that felt unnecessarily complicated and, at times, very sketchy. I worked with Tiffany Bradley, Mo Neri Ramos, and Chadwick, and unfortunately, the communication across the board was poor. Promises were made that were not kept, timelines kept changing without explanation, and I often felt like I wasn’t getting the full truth about what was going on with my application. Instead of feeling supported and guided, I felt stressed and uncertain the entire time. Transparency and trust are critical when dealing with financial matters, and this experience fell far short on both. I would not recommend this branch to anyone looking for a smooth or honest loan process

  We had the pleasure of working with Dante Silva today on an auto loan, and the experience was truly exceptional.   I’ve had some issues with my car loan for some reason I feel like I’m getting double billed or my payments lagging. I don’t think I can edit my transfers on the site for some reason and it may even be the issue in regards to delays. I have good credit and do not pay late but communication has been very difficult to speak with an agent and is redirected to AI or chat online. I’m not sure if it’s intentional but the chats often end unexpectedly and then I can’t get back in. As soon as I’m able I’m going to refinance. I regret doing this through this bank. *update* I received a text and call from Gina at the customer service department and she was able to make sure everything was resolved. It seems they are moving towards more of an online chat service as the main way to resolve customer problems
