    Their restroom was out of order and the girl helping me took FOREVER!!! I peed on myself on the way home!! Thanks for that! ☹️

    I was very disappointed to learn that they are now charging five dollars as a service fee for cashing checks for non-customers. There is absolutely no explanation for why this is necessary.

    I've been banking with Home Federal for over 30 years and think the people that work there are what makes this bank so special. The Seymour branch is my "home" branch and the people I've worked with there are like family. They are always friendly, helpful and professional. The online banking is a lifesaver with the Bill pay feature. Knowing what day a bill will be debited and being able to move money easily between accounts is important Home Federal is a great bank.

    Steve was great, came in to open an account and transfer from a bank out of state. He was friendly, provided all extra information in case I run into any issues, and we were in and out (including waiting) in less than 30 minutes. The tellers were just as friendly.
