Got thrown around from person to person and kept getting asked for the same paperwork in different formats. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional experience highly dissatisfied in TurboTax all around. Nobody responded to my calls. I got hung up on several times after waiting in hold for 20+ minutes. I mean all I wanted was my taxes done. And seriously it could not have been more troubling. 0 of 5 stars if I could.
