They are courteous professionals and reasonable and you do not even have to go in office, it can be done over the phone. Do not do your taxes yourself you are doing yourself an injustice link up with Jolly Tax services and you can rest assured it is being done right!!!!!
- KCK Ca.Mar 31, 20261.0I would give Jonitha a -0 heavy on the NEGATIVE. I was referred to her and she is a scammer!! I went to her booking site and booked her in an open slot. She did not show up with no response to my text message and rejected my calls when I called her she rejected my call. I called her the next day no answer, then I get a message from her saying she was asleep.Then I get a text from her saying I will do our call in a hour. I told her I wasn't available and it would have to be later that night. She never confirmed if she could go over my taxes when I needed until I called her, then she tells me I need to call her at that time as if I was doing my own taxes. I called her the time that I requested and she rejects my call twice. Jolly Tax is NOT professional company. Run Away!!!!
