  I cannot say enough GOOD THINGS about my experience with Joe. Our return this year was complicated, involved, intricate, and nuanced and Joe handled it all with a diligence, perseverance, thoroughness, and expertise that was unparalleled in my experience. Heck, some of the insights Joe provided were news to OTHER income tax professionals. I give Joe Bedford the highest rating possible because of the excellence of his product, his diligence, his willingness to spend time explaining things to me, and his responsiveness.

  After using Turbotax for many years, I will admit that I was a little leery going to Joe for assistance. I had a new wrinkle in my filing this year which I was not familiar with and which Turbotax could not address. Joe was absolutely fantastic. He was cordial, patient, knowledgeable, timely, and reasonable. I wish I had learned of Joe years before as his process is simple and straightforward - not intimidating at all. I'm done with Turbotax and look forward to using Joe from now on. He well exceeded my expectations and provided absolutely awesome service.
