On the following working day, 10/06/2025, I went into the branch of my bank and met with Mrs. JoAnn Teeters. She was professional, kind, knowledgeable and very willing to try and assist me. There was no promise that my funds could be recovered but she worked with me for over 1 1/2 hours. When I left, all my passwords/codes etc. had been changed and I had a new bank card in my hands!! That same day, the hundreds of dollars that had been stolen were replaced by a third party involved in this fiasco! Even though HOME FEDERAL BANK and their wonderful representative were not responsible for my problem, I was respected, calmed and assisted!! I am so very thankful that HOME FEDERAL BANK employs such competent and caring professionals as Mrs. Teeters. Thank you HOME FEDERAL BANK!!
