    I love this branch on Merchants. Everyone has great customer service skills. Very friendly and knowledgeable about our transactions. Extremely helpful Dexer, Christa and Sara are assets to the branch. The tellers are very friendly. I thank them for what they do for me and my husband.

    Best bank ever! We have been with this bank a long time and always experienced exceptional personal service. My debit card was compromised today and so received a call from the bank mgr. He explained what would happen next, gave clear instructions and issued a new debit card. Everything was taken care of within an hour and we have peace of mind for next steps. You can’t get better service than that!

    My name is Mr Powell and my wife Yana Truman is an actual member of this bank, but when I put money in her account my experience is always amazing. The bank tellers are always friendly and personable. I think the Home Federal bank on Merchant is the pinnacle of professional excellence. Always a great experience.
