  Great bank! This branch is consistently providing wonderful customer service, when they are busy or slow it's always friendly smiling faces. Laura Martinez always goes the extra mile to ensure our banking needs have been met. I would definitely recommend this branch to people.

  I have been doing business with the halls branch of Home Federal Bank of Tennessee for well over 30 years. There is one reason for this, they treat me and my family like we were their family. They are incredibly professional and proficient. They cannot do enough to help us, and even though we have moved to other states, we still keep our account with the Halls branch of Home Federal Bank of Tennessee. I would be remiss not to mention several of the employees at this branch that make it as great as I have stated. The branches led by Billy Mason, the manager and several of the folks that work with him, Misty, Nadine, Cindy and Alyssa have done nothing but make it a pleasure to do business There. Congratulations to whoever hired this great team and for goodness sake, they deserve a raise because they are probably the best ambassador for your brand that I can think of. Well, done, Home Federal

  Billy Mason was phenomenal to work with when my account was fraudulently corrupted. He acted quickly to lock my account, gathered the affidavit for the fraudulent charges, created my new account, and stayed in touch so I knew what to expect throughout the process. All of which he completed in less than 24 hours. He instructed me on how to go about filing the police report and coached me through how to best proceed moving money from account to account to best maintain my financial stability. I couldn't have asked for a better bank liaison!
