I don't see why you need an account with them to get change for $100 bill. They have the pins they can mark them with. I'm sure this is a stupid policy. Went down the road to first horizon Bank. Did not need an account number. Just cashed my $100. Seems like they're the more hometown bank to me not home Federal. It seem like a big corporation with stupid policies. I would recommend first horizon Bank and suggest that no one ever Banks with home federal. If they can't handle changing $100 bill without you having to have an account number, they must be pretty incompetent

It's these kind of policies that ensure I will never use this Bank or have an account here. There's no reason if I give you $100. Bill, I should have to have an account to get change for it. This is ridiculous and stupid. Home Federal is supposed to be our small hometown bank. It does not feel that way today. It feels like they have big stupid corporation policies. Never ever Bank here
