- CTC ThmsSep 18, 20225.0This location was very convenient for us. We always are able to find PNC bank locations where we travel and this was no exception. It was great to find this place and the transaction was painless. At first we are a bit concerned because the door to the ATM was locked. I then figured out I needed to use my card to unlock the door. That way clearly my fault and not the fault of PNC. We appreciate PNC's customer focus and attention to detail. We actually deal with four different banks on a regular basis (actually three and a credit union) and PNC is the best.

The client came to pick up her vehicle and we noticed the check provided by her insurance was addressed to her and not the repair facility. No big deal, as we see the check is from PNC bank. We will just get them to issue a cashiers check to us. WRONG. The lady wanted to charge my client 2% of the total check to cash it! It would’ve been close to $400! Absolutely baffled at their lack of care and understanding. The check was from them, and in order for us to change the name essentially, they were going to charge 2%??? Wow. Stay away.
