I'd give zero if possible, NOT MY BANK and would never recommend or consider. I went to try to deposit money in my sons account. Parking is awful, the "virtual" tell set up is just a joke, then I'm told they DON'T ACCEPT CASH as a deposit. How do you even consider yourself a bank. Tennessee was fine without PNC so go back where you came from

No tellers, just a really buggy machine. I hate this new setup so much. Read on...
So I've banked with PNC for quite a while, and honestly I hate these machines so much I'm going to look at switching banks. There are 2 machines, and one only does a few things, while the big one does it all.
Every... Single... Time... I walk into this branch the people working greet me and tell me how amazing the machines are, as they're probably supposed to. They ask what I think, and I say I hate the things because I never get to use it within 45 minutes of arriving. They look at me like I'm a little crazy, which to them I might be, and then it all happens again. I end up waiting 45+ minutes to be able to use the machine because of glitches, or someone having a hard time with it. They apologize and I just sigh saying this happens every time. Then they stop looking at me like I'm crazy.
Today I came and waited 10 mins for the Loomis guy to be done with it. That just happens, no worries. Then I went to use it and it crashed. 25 minutes or so later it came back on and booted and I got to an online teller who told me I couldn't use my ID because it's not the one I have on file. I've had this ID for several years. I go to "update" my ID with one of the people working there who is apologizing, and the machine then stops working again for 5-10 minutes, crashes again, and now I'm at the back of a multiple person line who were also waiting and I'm just done and the bankers, who are very nice and have done nothing wrong are apologizing. I'm just so frustrated. I drove out 35 mins to go to the bank, spend about an hour there and I didn't get what I need, and now I'm going to drive 35 minutes home.
Please, PNC... Just get one real teller there. Please. I just needed to get cash out.
