So if you go over $10 at a store or anywhere, so therefore In just 7 days they will make $70 off of you just for being in the negative. I will be switching to cash app (who never charges you even a cent for going over).

Almost every single time I try to call them, regardless of day or time, it takes 3-4 attempts over the course of an hour or more to reach someone. Very rarely do I call and get an answer on the first try. Also, I try calling right at 8:15 when they open and I get a recording that says to call back during business hours when the recording itself says they open at 8:15? Even at 8:20 I get the same recording. Happens every week I try to call. I guess they just don’t turn the phones on for at least 15-20 minutes after opening and then when they finally do turn them on nobody answers them. For a small 1 branch bank like this I find that odd.
