We were in a bind from out of state needed to get money transferred and let me tell you Bryce and Donna went way out of there way to make us feel welcome and help us even though we did not have an account with them , they both jumped right in fixed our situation ! We will be starting an account as soon as we are settled in our house and they are the reason without a doubt. Thank you so very much !!!
- KCKayla ChurchMar 4, 20255.0My fiancé and I went to close on our house today not far from this bank. When we got to the title company we found out we needed a cashiers check for closing. Neither of us bank in Tennessee yet. The title company said to go to this bank and they would do a cashiers check and we could pull money on the atm. We went in and a gentleman named Bryce stepped in to help. This bank does do cashiers checks for their customers. We were not customers. Bryce spoke with Donna and they did a cash advance on my card ( I didn’t even know I could do that and then with allot of work and phone calls and asking others they were able to do a cashiers check. We were so thankful. Our closing had already been pushed once and we were getting so frustrated thinking perhaps this home want meant to be. Thanks to Bryce and Donna we are now home owners. Such nice people who went out of their way to help us. We will be opening our accounts with them now.

Not maintainable when you're running a business. Nice people at this branch though, which is why I have dealt with the technical issues this long
