  The only reason I am leaving a 5 star review is because of Tracie. I have been a client with turbo tax for 20 years and I have paid for expert service for many of those years. THIS IS THE ONLY YEAR I HAVE RECEIVED SAID EXPERT HELP! Let me tell you how disappointed I am with the turbotax services this year the utter let down and betrayal the lack of compassion customer service and general human dececency I encountered up to the point of coming in contact with Tracie ( who let me tell you went above and beyond but I will get to that because right now I'm just hurt mad and angry). 2 months ago I paid for my return through self prepare and checked to have my return sent to me five days early( Ha what a joke) on my end it didn't deposit in my bank account and instead of being sent back to the IRS like I am hearing is normal my refund was sent to a third party MMO bank ( Cross River in NJ) and then the chaos started. When my refund made it back to the Cross River Bank THEY ISSUED ME A CHECK WITH THE WRONG NAME ON IT! I have had a worthless check for over a month as a single mom trying to make ends meet this is unacceptable. Not to mention when reaching out to Turbotax I was met with everyone brushing me off flat out hinting I was behind a scam( like come on really I am going to send myself a check with the wrong name!) I was told intuit doesn't issue checks sorry we can't help you call the IRS. Finally I was told by one person to look into a local office and thank GOD for the direction that lead me to Tracie from the moment I walked in I felt like I mattered for the first time in a month! She called and called and called reached out and didn't accept the answers of not being able to help me. When all things felt hopeless Tracie took care of me when she didn't have to she went above and beyond and showed me the kindness I have begged for each time I have called in and been failed before reaching her. Someone needs to change people answering the phones not caring is not acceptable and not a response to keep customers. Prior to meeting Tracie I was prepared to go elsewhere next year after 20 years of loyalty now I took her cards I am handing them out to everyone telling them about her and I will be going to her for all my tax needs from now on. SHE HAS MY LOYALTY I AM A TRACIE CLIENT NOT A TURBOTAX CLIENT BECAUSE YALL LET ME DOWN 100%!!!! What are yall going to do to fix this for others that don't have a Tracie

  I met with Tracie to get my taxes started. First of all I got lost and called her she guided me straight to where I needed to be and even met me in the lobby. What a wonderful bubbly personality she had and so knowledgeable in my deductions for my small business. She was truly a blessing and a miracle worker she let me know she cared from the moment we started chatting in the lobby! And I would recommend her to everyone I know very professional very nice thank for her assistance
