  The warmest, most professional people you can find. These people CARE about their customers. Jarea is my account manager, and I am grateful, to put it lightly. His associates, Mateja, Kevin, Alejandra, and Regina, the branch manager, are genuine, and know their business. My highest recommendation. If you want the best possible experience for setting up a business and having indispensable tools at your fingertips , this is the place to be.

  I had the pleasure with speaking with Jarea Payne i’m not very good at doing my own tasks when it comes to the phone I was trying to get into online banking. I could not he walked me through every step and made it so easy for me. I thank you so much Jarea

  There was an issue with my bank account, a letter was mailed out to an address that I am not even associated with, however the address that I am associated that I entered when I created my account is the one that y'all sent my debit card to, therefore my correct address was in the system (mistake y'all's end) I didn't receive that letter, so now my account is being closed, and I haven't had access to my funds for 4 days, because y'all want to make me wait for a cashier's check after closure of my account. I have no pending transactions y'all could have done a temporary release of the hold allow me a payment withdrawal and then put a hold back on the account I was told by higher ups, I don't see why you would want to punish not only me but my family by keeping my funds tied up!! I even tried to show the branch manager at this location proof that's not my address on the document y'all printed out and she wants to change the subject like it don't matter, she wanted to be combative by telling me to watch my tone and that doesn't even matter!!! Ugh yes it does matter because if I received that letter none of this happens it could have been prevented! I'm being punished because of a mistake that y'all made!!! I will say this a complaint with the CFPB has been filed and you no longer have five stars anymore, and this is the first negative review that I have ever wrote against anyone!

  Go see Mrs. Jennifer! She knows exactly how to resolve any of your banking issues and answer any questions you may have! Friendly and Awesome customer service! It was easy to get an account. I highly recommend this location!

  Let me just start off and say how wonderful Jennifer is at this location. I had an issue with my account, and was planning on changing banks when I walked into the branch. Mrs.Jennifer took me into her office, and got on the phone. She started working on my issue with my account. It took us four long hours, but she was not giving up until she resolved my issue. She knew how frustrated I was when I came into the branch. She took her time to make sure my account was fixed , and I was a happy customer. I have had several accounts all over the South, and let me tell you I never had a banker like Jennifer who treated me like a friend , and get my account issue resolved like she did. I admire her dedication and hard work. She is a go getter!! Get the job done ASAP! If you are looking for a bank. Go to PNC at Century Farms and ask for Jennifer! She will take care of all your banking needs! Hands down the best banker ever! Thank you Mrs. Jennifer!! You deserve a raise!!! 💪😜
