Mrs.Jennifer took me into her office, and got on the phone. She started working on my issue with my account. It took us four long hours, but she was not giving up until she resolved my issue. She knew how frustrated I was when I came into the branch. She took her time to make sure my account was fixed , and I was a happy customer. I have had several accounts all over the South, and let me tell you I never had a banker like Jennifer who treated me like a friend , and get my account issue resolved like she did. I admire her dedication and hard work. She is a go getter!! Get the job done ASAP! If you are looking for a bank. Go to PNC at Century Farms and ask for Jennifer!
