  All of the customer service representatives are warm and welcoming anytime I call or walk in. Each one is willing to take ownership of my transaction/question/request; and always follows up to verify that I got what I needed. The Personal Bankers are more than outstanding, they go above and beyond for any requests we have; they make themselves available whether they are in the office or not.

  I always have a wonderful experience at the bank and truly appreciate the consistent professionalism and kindness shown by everyone there. Sami Jo deserves a special recognition for personally handling the setup of my new accounts with impressive efficiency, clear communication, and a genuinely friendly attitude. Every time I visit the branch, or use the drive thru for any banking needs, the entire staff is always attentive. Welcoming and quick to assist making me feel like a valued customer. Thank you all for making banking such a pleasant experience.

  Friendly staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I would have rated 5 stars but the bank is closed every Saturday.
