Was totally Rude, bothered, rolling her eyes & rushed her & would hardly listen to her questions treating my mother like she was a bother. we have banked there many year & have a-lot of $$ in Carolina trust Bank & being a long time Customer feel this is unacceptable, This Myrna or Myra girl needs to have some training in customer service or find a job she enjoys. It was my first time banking here since I moved, and the teller was really helpful, showing me how to fill out the shared branching slip. Everyone was very personable and nice - even their interactions with each other were jovial. All in all, they made me feel welcomed as if it were my own home branch regardless of where I actually keep my money.
