After tirelessly calling the nearest PNC branches near me, I decided to call here and see what would happen. I forget the gentleman’s name, but he truly saved my day. Such a kind person over the phone and in person. I know he was going through some things of his own, but he deserves a shoutout due to his exceptional service on 7/8/2025 - ensuring I had my new account, access to my funds and online banking almost immediately. Thank you so very much!

My account was supposed to be closed over a month ago and yet they're still charging me merchant fees and over draft fees and keep coming up with. New fees instead of just closing the account when I called to talk to the business representative. He just hung up on me. Do not use this bank.
