The process was quick, and every visit since then has been the same: fast, professional, and consistently great service.

- LSLara ScandrettJun 17, 20251.0I went today to our local Hilton Head Island, SC PNC Branch with a family member. We were treated like trash and made to feel stupid. We were insulted. I even heard one of the employees say that he hoped his computer wouldn't work, so he could go home. I do not have an account with PNC, personally, but after what I saw today, I would never use PNC. We never want to walk in that branch again. My family members that have had an account with PNC have done so for 35 years. After the incident today, they are seriously considering changing banks. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
