I know this is the worst Bank I've ever dealt with why they're still open in Greenville is beyond me, they seriously need to close this branch down!!! NO ONE CAN HELP WITH ANY SIMPLE TASK IT IS SO SAD!!! THEY KEEP PASSING YOU OFF TO THE NEXT REP- WHO IS AGAIN NO HELP AT ALL!!! PLEASE GO AWAY!

I was helped by Reggie, and I have to say his service was outstanding! Reggie handled everything super quickly and efficiently. No waiting, no hassle ,he completed all my updates in under 5 minutes. It’s rare to see that kind of speed, professionalism, and friendliness these days. Really appreciate his help! Highly recommend this branch, and a special shout-out to Reggie for making the whole experience smooth and easy. 🙌

The PNC Greenville branch leader and business manager was not satisfied with all the documentation I kept bringing. I went to the competition which had absolutely no issue to open a business account for me, not requesting anywhere close to what PNC was asking. My experience with PNC was very disappointing, and not business friendly at all. They lost a business account in that process but didn't seem to care at all.

I will never do any banking with this institution.This has less to do with the Greenville branch and more to do with PNC as a corporation. I paid off a loan in full, but was charged interest for over a month because PNC couldn’t find the account associated with the payment. I verified I provided the correct information they confirmed they inputted the correct information on the account. Ultimately they said they couldn’t waive the interest as they weren’t at fault, so that’s how I’m valued and taken care of as a customer…..
