  Worst bank ever! Family member passed away, you have to hold forever to get a person, after being disconnected twice. I live in CA, they are located in Gaffney. There is no way to do anything unless it is in person. I sent verifications of death and my appointment, asked to have them suspend the account, instead they kicked me out online so I couldn't cover his auto pays, and let EVERYTHING bounce until I could get there 2 weeks later. Oh and funny, they don't refund the overdrafts and other fees. The assistant manager Christine F. promised to email the bank statements to me to do his taxes, did she, NO! Will she return my emails, also NO! Family that was with them for an eternity btw!

  This bank even don't know how can transfer money. Took 3 days . Even not contect me what's going on. . Bank staff is good. But they don't know professional work .

  This bank is very nice and the staff are very friendly, efficient, helpful. Much nicer than any bank in town.
