- CRCrystal RobertsJan 29, 20241.0The branch is very unwelcoming. I will literally come in and no greet, no acknowledgement..nothing. They just look at you like "not you again". They would rather whisper amongst each other than see what assistance I need. I sat in the branch for an hr waiting to get some papers notarized to conveniently right at 5pm be told by a clerk that Kisha said "itll be awhile". If it wasnt for Jessica M's service, I would've been close these secondary accounts.
