  Long wait times. Sat for 40 minutes just waiting to get a new card. Horrible customer service.

  I really wish I could put 5 stars. We were with the same bank in Maine for over 40 years and built five houses without one issue.. . We moved to SC and were so excited to open our account here in SC with a federal credit union as we heard good things about credit unions .. . We have not been excited since unfortunately. The person who opened our account lied to us and never ordered our debit cards. We know for a fact as they never arrived until after I called her asking where they were and she told us it could be another 14 days before they came or longer and then we were advised to come get them at the branch...she also never told us about a spending limit per day so we have run into issues setting up our new home with fences/ furniture. I recently had my card declined for 100$ at a Food Lion I frequent a mile from my house. Last month we drove thru the drive thru to cash a 25$ refund check from a local water district and the lady asked for a driver's license so my husband said for a 25 dollar check? They lady became very annoyed and in a firm voice started stating her working history in banking and how it is. Not pleasant... we unfortunately need to move back to a bank this week... It's alot of work to set up deposits and online pay with all the utilities and direct deposits but well worth it for a true customer service bank... In 40 years I was never declined at my local grocery store. Its a very uncomfortable feeling when people are behind you waiting to cash out. There has only been one lady that is super friendly and accommodating and she is in the Conway branch..

  Friendly service. Love that there is a coin machine available. My old bank required me to roll my coins. I also get my direct deposits quicker than my previous bank.

  They tell you once approved then they find out you have a vehicle.the load was for a unsecured load they find out you have a vehicle they want it ??? Bad company. Just a crocked company all I cansay
